Proof of Delivery & Signature: All packages are shipped with signature confirmation required upon delivery. Once the shipping carrier issues a delivery attempt notice or provides proof of delivery, our liability and responsibility for the shipment end.
Customer Responsibility: If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice card with instructions and the pickup location details. It is your sole responsibility to collect the package from the designated pickup point within the carrier's specified timeframe.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it will be automatically returned to us by the courier.
Lost Returned Shipments: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen during transit while being returned to us due to non-collection. Price Locking & Rate Fluctuations: Bitcoin orders must be completed promptly upon checkout. Due to the inherent volatility of cryptocurrency markets, if payment is not completed and detected within the specified time window, the order total may be subject to recalculation based on the real-time exchange rate at the time of payment confirmation.
Refunds on Bitcoin Orders: Any refunds or store credits issued for orders paid via Bitcoin will be calculated based on the net amount paid in fiat currency or converted back at the current exchange rate minus applicable network or transaction fees, at our sole discretion.
